JLC Construction Services recently completed custom manhole channel shaping and invert pours at the KinderCare site in Battleground, Washington. The project required high-precision forming, leak remediation, and effective wastewater flow control—all performed efficiently and on-site.

Scope of Work:

• Concrete invert and bench shaping in precast manholes

• Full cleaning and prep of structures for pour

• Leak detection and Kor-N-Seal boot inspection

• High-strength concrete pour and finish

• Field shaping to ensure optimal flow performance

The installation was part of a new precast sanitary sewer system for commercial development. Each manhole was custom-formed to ensure compliance with municipal requirements and long-term reliability.
